摘 要:振動(dòng)篩是一種適合潮濕細(xì)粒級(jí)難篩物料干法篩分的振動(dòng)篩分機(jī)械設(shè)備,是目前國(guó)內(nèi)處理難篩物料的振動(dòng)篩分機(jī)械設(shè)備。ZS系列振動(dòng)篩用途 ZS系列直線振動(dòng)篩廣泛應(yīng)用于冶金、建材、化工、耐火、水泥、陶瓷、糧食、食品等各行各業(yè)中,用于對(duì)各種物料不同程度的分級(jí)作業(yè)。它可用于流水線作業(yè)中,實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)化。
本文首先介紹了振動(dòng)篩的原理,簡(jiǎn)述了國(guó)內(nèi)外振動(dòng)篩的研究現(xiàn)狀,分析了各種振動(dòng)篩的特點(diǎn),綜合運(yùn)用機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)、制造等知識(shí)提出了新型2ZSM1230型雙軸振動(dòng)篩的設(shè)計(jì)思路。
其次,討論和確定了雙軸振動(dòng)篩的總體結(jié)構(gòu),并對(duì)其總體設(shè)計(jì)、主要零部件的計(jì)算、技術(shù)指標(biāo)性能以及底座等部件進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的分析和設(shè)計(jì),對(duì)其主要零件進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)、分析和計(jì)算。最后,分析了振動(dòng)篩還可以改進(jìn)優(yōu)化的地方。

Abstract:Vibrating Screen is a level suitable for wet fine-grained materials difficult to screen vibration sieving dry screening machinery and equipment, [18]is difficult to screen materials handling vibration mechanical equipment screening. ZS series for single-axis shaker mining, metallurgy, coal, building materials industry for black, non-ferrous metals, as well as supporting non-metallic mining operation or an independent screening of middle-size classification of materials with a smooth running, reliable operation, simple structure , less wearing parts, screen replacement, as well as to facilitate efficient screening and screening effective and so on [17] .
This paper first introduces the principle of the vibrating screen, vibrating screen at home and abroad on research, analysis of the characteristics of various vibrating screen, the integrated use of mechanical design, manufacturing, and other knowledge to a new single-axis shaker 2ZSM1230 type of design ideas.
Secondly, the discussion and determination of the single-axis shaker of the overall structure and its overall design, the calculation of the main components, technical indicators such as performance, and the base components of the detailed analysis and design, its main components for the design, analysis and calculation. Finally, the analysis of the vibrating screen can also be optimized to improve the place.

1 前言
1.1 課題研究背景及意義
隨著工業(yè)的發(fā)展,篩分在國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)各行各業(yè)中的應(yīng)用越來越廣泛,在冶金、礦山、煤炭、水電等部門的工藝流程中[1],篩分起著分選、分級(jí)、脫泥、脫水和脫介等作用。篩分設(shè)備技術(shù)水平的高低和質(zhì)量的優(yōu)劣,關(guān)系到工藝效果的好環(huán),生產(chǎn)效率的高低和能源節(jié)省的度,從而直接影響企業(yè)的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。
