防塵蓋沖壓模具設(shè)計
摘要：本設(shè)計進行了落料、沖孔、拉深復合模的設(shè)計。文中簡要概述了沖壓模具目前的發(fā)展狀況和趨勢。對產(chǎn)品進行了詳細工藝分析和工藝方案的確定。按照沖壓模具設(shè)計的一般步驟，計算并設(shè)計了本套模具上的主要零部件，如：凸模、凹模、凸模固定板、墊板、凹模固定板、卸料板、導尺、擋料銷、導正銷等。模架采用標準模架，選用了合適的沖壓設(shè)備。設(shè)計中對工作零件和壓力機規(guī)格均進行了必要的校核計算。此外，本模具采用始用擋料銷和鉤形擋料銷擋料。模具的沖孔和落料凸模分別用不同的固定板固定，便于調(diào)整間隙；沖孔凹模和落料凹模則采用整體固定板固定。落料凸模內(nèi)裝有導正銷，保證了工件上孔和外形的相對位置準確，提高了加工精度。如此設(shè)計出的結(jié)構(gòu)可確保模具工作運行可靠和沖壓產(chǎn)品大批量生產(chǎn)的要求。

Blanking punch contents is a derivative sales, and guarantee the workpiece and the shape of the holes in the relative position accurately, improve processing accuracy. So the structure is designed to ensure reliable operation of die stamping products and mass production requirements.
