Problems in Measurement of Automotive Wheel Side Slip and Corresponding Counter Measure
On the basis of analyzing the generation mechanism of side slip,problems in measurement of side slip,such as great degree of separation,judgment out of truth,etc.,are discussed.It is pointed out that,besides velocity,load,tire pressure,etc.,technical state of side slip testing bench,design of measurement station are also reasons for these problems.In order to resolve these problems,effective measures for ensuring accuracy of measuring results and correct judgment,such as keeping stable measurement condition,developing reasonable standards and application of advanced measurement technology,etc.,are presented.Through the test of the verification of lateral spreads, often finds the over-error of indication, the reason caused there are basically two aspects: one is the mechanical reasons, mainly is sliding board, linkage institutions and back to zero institutions, clearance by increasing wear parts, 2 it is the cause of the electrical testing instruments, or within the sensor electronic devices, zero drift, aging resistance changes caused by damage or element. Adjust the method is as follows:
Machinery examination

The size of the tension and back to the stand or fall of zero depends on two aspects, one is the lubrication system is good or bad, 2 it is back to zero spring aid. 汽車(chē)車(chē)輪側(cè)滑量檢測(cè)存在問(wèn)題及對(duì)策研究
通過(guò)對(duì)側(cè)滑試驗(yàn)臺(tái)的檢定,往往會(huì)發(fā)現(xiàn)示值超差,造成的原因基本上有兩個(gè)方面:一是機(jī)械方面的原因,主要是滑動(dòng)板、聯(lián)動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)及回零機(jī)構(gòu)機(jī)件磨損,間隙增大所致,二是電氣方面的原因,測(cè)試儀表或傳感器內(nèi)的電子器件老化、零點(diǎn)漂移、阻值變化或元件損壞所致。調(diào)整方法如下:
1.機(jī)械方面的檢查
(1) 用彈簧拉力計(jì),檢查拉力和回零情況。
拉力的大小和回零的好壞取決于兩個(gè)方面的原因,一是潤(rùn)滑系統(tǒng)的好壞,二是回零彈簧的松緊。針對(duì)第一方面的原因,應(yīng)采取的措施是:檢查滑板下面的滾輪和導(dǎo)軌并加以清洗或更換,檢查兩塊滑板中間的導(dǎo)向軸承及其他軸承并加以清洗或更換。針對(duì)第二方面的原因,應(yīng)采取的措施是:在保證回零誤差不超標(biāo)的前提下調(diào)松“回零彈簧”。由于結(jié)構(gòu)上的原因,拉力的大小和回零的好壞是一對(duì)矛盾,調(diào)緊“回零彈簧”則回零好,但是拉力變大,調(diào)松“回零彈簧”則拉力小,但是回零不好。所以在調(diào)整“回零彈簧”時(shí)一定要兼顧拉力和回零兩個(gè)指標(biāo)。
(2) 同步性的檢查與調(diào)整
用兩塊百分表檢查。每塊滑板各安裝一個(gè)百分表,調(diào)零完成后推主動(dòng)板(裝有傳感器的一側(cè)),檢查兩塊百分表的示值,就可讀取同步性的好壞。在只有一塊百分表時(shí),將百分表裝在從動(dòng)板上,與傳感器直接相聯(lián)的主動(dòng)板位移量可通過(guò)檢測(cè)儀表來(lái)顯示。同步性誤差產(chǎn)生的原因有以下兩個(gè)方面,一方面是滑板導(dǎo)向機(jī)構(gòu)的軸承間隙造成的,其次是聯(lián)動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)同步杠桿不等距造成的。其表現(xiàn)形式也不相同,軸承間隙造成的不同步一般是兩塊滑板相差一個(gè)常數(shù),跟滑板推動(dòng)的長(zhǎng)度無(wú)關(guān),而聯(lián)動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)同步杠桿造成的誤差是一個(gè)變數(shù),誤差會(huì)隨著滑板移動(dòng)的增加而增大。如果從動(dòng)板的數(shù)值較大,說(shuō)明從動(dòng)板杠桿距中心軸較遠(yuǎn),如果從動(dòng)板的數(shù)值較小,說(shuō)明從動(dòng)板杠桿距中心軸較近,調(diào)整任意一個(gè)滑板的都可以,只是注意調(diào)整的方向。
