<p>某冷凝器側(cè)板的沖壓模具設(shè)計及制造工藝分析【優(yōu)秀課程畢業(yè)設(shè)計含20張CAD圖紙帶任務(wù)書+開題報告+外文翻譯】-cymj21</p><p>某冷凝器側(cè)板的沖壓模具設(shè)計及制造工藝分析</p><p>摘 &nbsp;要</p><p>本次設(shè)計的任務(wù)是某冷凝器側(cè)板沖壓模具設(shè)計及制造工藝分析,根據(jù)沖壓件的結(jié)構(gòu)特點及技術(shù)要求,圍繞如何提高生產(chǎn)率、降低生產(chǎn)成本、簡化模具結(jié)構(gòu),對工件進行工藝分析,并提出了各種可能的沖壓工藝方案,最終確定采用一套由落料、沖孔復(fù)合和彎曲、翻邊復(fù)合組成的沖壓工藝方案。</p><p>在工藝分析的基礎(chǔ)上,計算工藝參數(shù),詳細設(shè)計了落料沖孔、彎曲翻邊兩套復(fù)合模具結(jié)構(gòu)。在設(shè)計過程中,計算出了零件展開尺寸,并對模具的排樣做出了合理的布置,使材料得到充分利用。通過計算各種沖裁力,對壓力機進行合理噸位的選擇,并確定了模具壓力中心。再根據(jù)確定的工藝方案,進行模具的校核,最終,設(shè)計模具制造與裝配工藝。</p><p>采用此工藝方案和模具結(jié)構(gòu),提高了冷凝器側(cè)板的生產(chǎn)效率和產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量。</p><p>關(guān)鍵詞:冷凝器側(cè)板;工藝分析;模具設(shè)計;落料沖孔復(fù)合模;彎曲翻邊復(fù)合模</p><p>Abstract</p><p>The task of this design is design of Stamping die and manufacturing process analysis for Condenser side plate stamping die design. according to the structure of stamping parts and technical requirements, focusing on how to improve work efficiency and reduce the production cost and simplify the die structure, Process analysis was carried out on the workpieces, and puts forward the stamping process scheme for all possible, and ultimately determine the stamping process program with a set of blanking, punching composite and bending, flanging composite.</p><p>On the basis of technology analysis and calculation parameters, and the detailed design for blanking punching, bending, flanging two sets of compound die structure.
