3518 塔式起重機(jī)設(shè)計(jì),塔式起重機(jī),設(shè)計(jì) 山東大學(xué)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)（論文）摘要塔 式 起 重 機(jī) 是我們建筑機(jī)械的關(guān)鍵設(shè)備，本機(jī)性能先進(jìn)，結(jié)構(gòu)合理，操作使用安全可靠．其主要特點(diǎn)是起重高度大，工作幅度寬．對(duì)本機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)主要有總體方案的設(shè)計(jì)、整機(jī)的抗傾翻穩(wěn)定性、設(shè)計(jì)原則及有關(guān)計(jì)算。有關(guān)計(jì)算主要有塔機(jī)風(fēng)力計(jì)算、平衡重的計(jì)算、吊臂的設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算、臂架結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算。塔 機(jī) 的 金 屬 結(jié) 構(gòu) 由 起 重 臂 、 塔 身 、 轉(zhuǎn) 臺(tái) 、 承 座 、 平 衡 臂 、底 架 、 塔 尖 等 組 成 ， 其 它 的 零 部 件 還 有 滑 輪 ， 回 轉(zhuǎn) 支 承 ， 吊 鉤 和 制 動(dòng) 器 等 ， 塔 機(jī) 的 工作 機(jī) 構(gòu) 有 五 種 ： 起 升 機(jī) 構(gòu) 、 變 幅 機(jī) 構(gòu) 、 小 車 牽 引 機(jī) 構(gòu) 、 回 轉(zhuǎn) 機(jī) 構(gòu) 和 大 車 走 行 機(jī) 構(gòu) (行 走式 的 塔 機(jī) )。 通過對(duì)塔機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算我對(duì)塔式起重機(jī)有了更深入的研究，隨著國(guó)家基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)的迅速發(fā)展，塔式起重機(jī)的重要性更進(jìn)一步的體現(xiàn)出來，所以我們必須更加深入的研究塔 式 起 重 機(jī) 。關(guān) 鍵 字 ： 塔 式 起 重 機(jī) 機(jī) 構(gòu) 平 衡 回 轉(zhuǎn)AbstractThe abstract tower crane is we constructs the machinery the essential equipment, the this aircraft performance is advanced, the structure is reasonable, operation use safe reliable. Its main characteristic is lifts heavy objects highly in a big way, the work scope is wide. Mainly has the overall concept design, the complete machine to the this aircraft design anti-pours out the stability, the principle of design and the related computation.The related computation mainly has the tower machine wind power computation, the counterbalance computation, the lazy arm design calculation, the prm support structural design computation.The tower machine metal structure by the erector beam, the tower body, the turnplate, the altar, the balance arm, the chassis, the spire and so on is composed, other spare parts also have the pulley, the rotation supporting, the lift hook and the brake and so on, the tower machine operating mechanism have five kinds: Lifts the organization, the amplitude organization, the car hauling organization, the rotation organization and the large cart walks the good organization (walks -like tower machine).Through I had more thorough research to the tower machine design calculation to the tower crane, along with the country infrastructure construction rapid development, the tower crane important further manifests, therefore we must the more thorough research tower crane.Keywords：tower crane mechanism balance slew
