1.Abstract

家居智能化已成趨勢,針對傳統手動開關窗無法實現人們對便捷、智 能化生活的現狀,通過單片機技術和傳感器技術相結合,設計一款基于濕敏傳感器、PM2.5傳感器和紅外傳感器的單片機智能數字控制開合的窗戶.該智能控制 窗是一種機電一體化的智能窗戶控制系統,采用了智能控制技術、傳感技術、機械傳動技術等先進技術,主要功能是實現對房子內所有窗戶的自動控制,可自動打開 或者關閉以實現對室內環(huán)境的調節(jié)和防盜報警功能.
本設計主要設計用于家居及賓館安裝智能控制的窗戶,實現在日常生活中的操作簡便,智能化控制的窗戶系統具有防風,防雨、天黑關窗等自動保護功能,所有控制功能都具有高穩(wěn)定高可靠高靈敏度高人性化等的自動檢測控制??烧嬲木哂腥我膺b控控制窗的開、關、停。目前,我國的智能家居生活用品的發(fā)展也受到一定的阻礙。這種“未來之家”家庭智能化窗戶系統市場真正啟用尚需時日。由于智能化的誘人前景和巨大市場,盡管對于國內外市場來說真正啟動尚需時日,但未能阻止人們去研究智能化控制的系統,將家居自動化控制、信息家電、安防設備以及娛樂和信息中心這四部分集成一個全面的,面向寬帶互聯網的家居控制網絡。為了人們的生活更加簡便,實用和人性化的智能概念,真正提高人們的生活品質,真正體現其價值,這也是現代技術的核心所在。

近年來,我國建筑業(yè)的良好發(fā)展趨勢極大地促進了智能門窗行業(yè)的全面發(fā)展,我國的建筑門窗行業(yè)正在進行一個嶄新的發(fā)展階段,在技術和管理方面正在走向正規(guī)化、成熟化和智能化。國內多功能門窗行業(yè)為了獲得更大的收益,在生產規(guī)模和產品質量上不斷提高,但是受國際金融危機的影響,多功能智能窗行業(yè)在未來幾年的市場狀況及價格走勢備受關注。
本課題針對智能家居安防系統要求,設計了一套由觸摸屏,PLC,窗戶等主要設備構成的全自動智能窗戶,主要采用窗戶的自動化控制,實現防風、防雨、天黑自動關窗,空調開啟提示等,完成PLC的系統編程,實現所設計的各部分動作。本系統具有以下特點,采用可靠性高,使用簡單,編程靈活的工控設備,通過手動和自動控制裝置,以及模擬量輸入模塊準確采集模擬量信號,確保安防系統安全可靠地運行,同時采用以太網模塊,系統實現了計算機、觸摸屏和PLC的結合,可以遠程控制,管理方便。
智能化控制的工作原理自然離不開運算和控制單元,在設計本系統時采用的主控器件PLC,正是運算與控制單元的集合體。本窗戶控制系統不僅具有采集控制方便、簡單、靈活等優(yōu)點,而且可以大幅度提高采各模塊和芯片的協調性,從而大大提高系統的可利用性。此次系統設計系統正是利用PLC的優(yōu)點,順利的完成了本設計的要求。并且實現了學習型定時和自動控制功能,為控制家居設備提供了良好的基礎。
正是因為通信技術、計算機技術、網絡技術、控制技術的迅猛發(fā)展與提高,促使了家庭實現了生活現代化,居住環(huán)境舒適化、安全化。這些高科技已經影響到人們生活的方方面面,改變了人們生活習慣,提高了人們生活質量,家居智能化也正是在這種形勢下應運而生的。智能家居控制系統的主要功能包括通信、設備自動控制、安全防范三個方面。隨著新技術和自動化的發(fā)展,傳感器的使用數量越來越大,功能也越來越強,各種傳感器都已經標準化、模塊化,這給智能家居控制系統的設計提供極大方便。智能窗簾控制裝置系統的整體主要由硬件和軟件兩部分組成。硬件部分由PLC擴展的外圍電路以及各種實現PLC系統控制功能的接口電路組成;軟件部分主要由單片機系統實現其特定控制功能的各種程序組成。本設計中介紹了智能窗簾控制裝置系統的硬件構成以及軟件設計過程,以盡最大可能滿足不同人對窗簾開閉的不同需求。同時,系統在針對人們一般需求的設計開發(fā)外,還提出多種解決方案,在考慮到經濟性和簡便性的前提下,可以供日后對控制系統的功能進行擴展。
為促進建筑智能化,設計了一種 新型智能窗,討論了智能窗的軟硬件系統設計方案。應用壓力傳感器,濕度傳感器,光強傳感器,紅外遙控模塊等實現環(huán)境數據采集,選用PLC進行 信號處理,并控制步進電機調整智能窗扇葉張角。經實驗測試,風速感應和控制精度優(yōu)于0.1 m/s,濕度感應精度5%RH,光強感應精度5 lux。實現了測量顯示風強、濕度、光強等信息并調整扇窗開合程度,從而調節(jié)室內環(huán)境??梢酝ㄟ^嵌入式系統設定控制量值,適合對環(huán)境要求不同的用戶使用
常用的低壓電器、電路分析方法、基本控制電路及典型電路分析,PLC的特點、結構、工作原理,基本指令、步進順控指令和常用的功能指令以及它們的應用,模擬量控制、聯網通信等特殊功能模塊及其應用。實踐教學方面,介紹電力拖動、PLC硬件、PLC程序設計、Fx-20P-E編程器和最新編程軟件GX,PLC與變頻器綜合應用,PLC、變頻器、觸摸屏、特殊模塊的綜合應用。
