摘 要
通過對車削與車銑加工的比較,分析車銑加工時的一些特點(diǎn)及一般的加工工序與加工步驟。
綜合考慮了刀具幾何參數(shù)、刀具與工件的相對運(yùn)動以及切削用量對已加工表面軸向殘留面積高度的影響,建立了正交車銑已加工表面軸向殘留面積高度的理論計(jì)算模型和計(jì)算公式,并據(jù)此提出了已加工表面粗糙度理論值得計(jì)算方法。研究結(jié)果表明,理論軸向殘留面積高度是影響實(shí)際正交車銑已加工表面粗糙度的主要因素。

Formation Mechanism of Surface Roughness in Turn-milling Process
ABSTRACT
Hight speed turn-milling technology is an advanced machining technology , which can make the turning workpiece be cut effciently and pricisely .
The process of forming surface is complex , so the research on surface roughness of machined workpiece with theory and experiment is very important .The influence of the cutter geometry parameters , the relative movement and cutting regime on the axial residual area’s height is taken into account synthetically .The theoretical calculating model and formula can be used to calcul ate the axtial residual area’s height of the machined workpiece by high speed orthodgonal turn-milling are founded . On the basis of this , the method by which the theoretical surface roughnss of machined workpiece can be calculated is given .The experiment results show that theoretical axial residual area’s height is the main factor that influences the theoretical surface roughness of workpiece machined by high sp or thodgonal turn-milling .
