摘 要
液晶顯示器,或稱LCD(Liquid Crystal Display),為平面超薄的顯示設(shè)備,液晶顯示具有明顯的優(yōu)點(diǎn):驅(qū)動(dòng)電壓低、功耗微小、可靠性高、顯示信息量大、彩色顯示、無(wú)閃爍、對(duì)人體無(wú)危害、成本低廉、可以制成各種規(guī)格和類型的液晶顯示器,便于攜帶等,特別是功耗小,正迎合了當(dāng)下低碳風(fēng)潮。由于以上特點(diǎn),液晶顯示器可以大幅度減小體積,降低功耗等。液晶顯示技術(shù)對(duì)顯示顯像產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)產(chǎn)生了深刻影響,促進(jìn)了微電子技術(shù)和光電信息技術(shù)的發(fā)展。
本次畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)的主要內(nèi)容是液晶顯示器外框模具設(shè)計(jì)。包括型腔設(shè)計(jì)、頂出機(jī)構(gòu),脫模機(jī)構(gòu)以及主要零件部件的設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程;另外原制品為液晶外框件,由于過(guò)度追求輕薄,制品的壁厚較薄,所以在脫模的時(shí)候采取了延時(shí)頂出的功能;為了實(shí)現(xiàn)塑件自動(dòng)脫模,在對(duì)開(kāi)模力和脫模力的大小進(jìn)行計(jì)算后,設(shè)計(jì)了斜導(dǎo)柱和斜滑塊側(cè)向抽芯,型芯獨(dú)立抽芯機(jī)構(gòu)等結(jié)構(gòu),由于此制品需要大批量生產(chǎn),所以澆注系統(tǒng)采用了熱澆道。通過(guò)此次設(shè)計(jì),可以對(duì)注塑模具有進(jìn)一步的認(rèn)識(shí),注意到設(shè)計(jì)中的某些細(xì)節(jié)問(wèn)題,了解模具結(jié)構(gòu)及工作原理。本設(shè)計(jì)充分利用CAD/CAE/CAM設(shè)計(jì)分析軟件,從而有效的提高工作效率。

The graduation design is the main content of liquid crystal display outside box mould design. Including the cavity design, the institution, the main parts and components demoulding mechanism of design process, Other products for the liquid outer frame, due to excessive pursue frivolous, products, so thin wall thickness in stripping when taken delay function, In order to realize the automatic plastic mould in folio, stripping force and stripping force is calculated, the size of the slanting guiding design and oblique slippery pieces of lateral core-pulling, cores independent core-pulling mechanism, etc, due to the structure of products to mass production, so using the hot runner gating system. Through the design of injection mould, can have further understanding of design, noticed some details about the mould structure and work principle. This design using CAD/CAE/CAM design analysis software, effectively improve work efficiency.

1 緒論
1.1 目的
此次畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)課題源自于我在達(dá)運(yùn)公司的實(shí)習(xí)當(dāng)中。在達(dá)運(yùn)精密實(shí)習(xí)了三個(gè)多月,我日常工作是模具設(shè)計(jì),主要包括3D拆模、拆電極,CNC編程,2D排位以及出圖,由于我的工作涵蓋了此次畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)所需的必備技能,所以要利用這次畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)來(lái)訓(xùn)練我的專業(yè)技能。
