摘 要：本設(shè)計(jì)是頂塊塑料零件的注塑模具設(shè)計(jì)，在結(jié)合了傳統(tǒng)的機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)后把CAD技術(shù)應(yīng)用在注塑模具的設(shè)計(jì)上，在CAD系統(tǒng)實(shí)行了模型和注塑模具的設(shè)計(jì)。本文介紹了我國(guó)當(dāng)前模具技術(shù)的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r以及CAD在模具上的應(yīng)用，其中包括AUTOCAD。主要的機(jī)械部分設(shè)計(jì)，其內(nèi)容包括塑料注塑模具的工作原理及應(yīng)用，設(shè)計(jì)準(zhǔn)則。塑料注塑模的設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算，包括模具結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)，注塑機(jī)的選用，澆注系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)，動(dòng)、定模，澆注系統(tǒng)，脫模機(jī)構(gòu)，頂出機(jī)構(gòu)，冷卻系統(tǒng)等設(shè)計(jì)等方面。如此設(shè)計(jì)出的結(jié)構(gòu)可確保模具工作運(yùn)行可靠。

Abstract：This design is a top piece of plastic injection mold design of parts, when combined with traditional mechanical design after the application of CAD technology in injection mold design, implementation of the model in the CAD system and injection mold design. This article describes the current state of development of mold technology and CAD in the mold applications, including AUTOCAD. The main mechanical part of the design, which includes plastic injection mold working principle and application of design criteria. Plastic injection mold design calculations, including the design of the mold design, injection molding machine selection, gating system design, dynamic, fixed mold, pouring system, the release mechanism, the ejection mechanism, cooling system and other aspects. So design a structure to ensure reliable operation of the mold work.
