5噸LD型電動單梁橋式起重機的設計
摘 要
我做的畢業(yè)設計課題是單梁橋式起重機設計。單梁橋式起重機是一種輕型起重設備,它適用起重量為1~20 噸,適用跨度4.5~16.5米,工作環(huán)境溫度在≥-35。C與≤+35。C范圍內,適合于車間、倉庫、露天堆場等處的物品裝卸工作。橋架由一根主梁和兩根端梁剛接組成。根據起重量和跨度,主梁采用普通工字鋼和U形槽組合焊接形成。主梁和端梁之間采用承載突緣普通螺栓法蘭連接。提升機構采用CD型電葫蘆。
此次設計的主要內容有:問題的提出、總體方案的構思,結構設計及對未知問題的探索和解決方案的初步設計,裝配圖、零件圖等一系列圖紙的設計與繪制,以及畢業(yè)設計說明書的完成。
