摘 要
本設(shè)計(jì)簡(jiǎn)要地介紹了橋式起重機(jī)的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r、特點(diǎn)、組成、性能、結(jié)構(gòu)及起升機(jī)構(gòu)和小車運(yùn)行機(jī)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì),并參照相關(guān)資料對(duì)起重機(jī)起升機(jī)構(gòu)及其零部件進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算,從方案論證到具體設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算,充分發(fā)揮了計(jì)算機(jī)在整體設(shè)計(jì)中的作用,從而提高了設(shè)計(jì)質(zhì)量,縮短了設(shè)計(jì)周期,提高了工作效率。
首先在橋式起重機(jī)的起升機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)中,本設(shè)計(jì)從起升機(jī)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)方案展開,在橋式起重機(jī)起升機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)方面,從鋼絲繩的選取及校核、卷筒選定、吊鉤的設(shè)計(jì)、吊鉤橫軸確定、電機(jī)、減速器和制動(dòng)器的選取及相關(guān)校核這幾方面進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算。在小車運(yùn)行機(jī)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算中我們從起重機(jī)整體出發(fā),由受力計(jì)算,車輪選取,電機(jī)及減速器選定校核和浮動(dòng)軸的設(shè)計(jì)構(gòu)成。
