Warming-upChant: Noodles and rice are very very nice. 學生課前熱身,可以很快地進入到英語學習的氛圍中,既復習了一些食物類的單詞,又可為本課的學習做鋪墊。2. Presentation1)Ss 猜: What are we

17、hats the weather like in spring/ summer/ autumn/ winter?課件里出現(xiàn)一個flash的小游戲,讓學生猜一年中四個季節(jié)的不同天氣。通過Free talk and motivation 這個環(huán)節(jié),在導入 新課的同時,讓學生復習所學知識,熟悉英語課的學習氛圍,為本課新知識的學習熱身。課前一首與課文主題相關(guān)的英語歌很快就把學生帶入到了英語課堂上。在導入時通過設(shè)問“But ,whats the weather like today?”來引導學生學習新知識。通過影片進行導入,把學生很快就帶到今天這節(jié)課的主題。通過課件出示太陽(sun),自然而然引入天氣(
18、sunny),并通過比較讓學生明白名詞sun和形容詞sunny的區(qū)別。在教學的過程中,滲透自然科學的解釋,多次用了When there is/arein the sky, then we say it istoday.(當天空中有時,我們就能說今天是),以此來培養(yǎng)學生的愛科學情操。同時也使學生多了種學習的途徑。在教授了所有的天氣類單詞時,出現(xiàn)不同的情景讓學生練習說不同的天氣,并增加與天氣有關(guān)的形容詞:cold, hot, dry, wet等,以拓寬學生的知識面。在有了大量的練習之后,學生已經(jīng)掌握了相關(guān)天氣單詞,這時讓學生自己通過對比,發(fā)現(xiàn)表示天氣類的名詞和形容詞的區(qū)別,并設(shè)計了一個練習來鞏固。
19、通過游戲的環(huán)節(jié),并讓學生對比一年中四個季節(jié)不同的天氣,這是與自然學科相結(jié)合,大大拓寬了學生的知識面。Part 3.Practice:1. 課件出示 weather forecast (天氣預報),學習 high temperature 及l(fā)ow temperature, 2. T: Now look at the sheet and finish the sentences, fill in the blanks.4T:Listen to another weather report and answer the questions.當學生掌握了各種各樣的天氣之后,再滲透 temperature , below zero, above zero的教學,為學生后面自已進行說天氣預報做準備。通過創(chuàng)設(shè)性的情景練習,出現(xiàn)國內(nèi)幾大城市的天氣預報,讓學生互相進行問答,從而達到進一步掌握句型及日常交際用語的目的。
21、讓學生根據(jù)討論的內(nèi)容完成短文填空,以此來檢測學生的理解能力。課件播放另一段天氣預報,讓學生帶著問題去聽這段錄音,以培養(yǎng)學生的聽力。Part4.Consolidation:1.T: Now please look at the picture and make a weather report.2.Work in pairs , then look at the example and act it out.3.
