本文首先綜述了計(jì)算機(jī)輔助汽車設(shè)計(jì)技術(shù)的發(fā)展以及人工智能、知識工程
技術(shù)在汽車整車設(shè)計(jì)中的應(yīng)用發(fā)展?fàn)顩r。在對汽車整車設(shè)計(jì)內(nèi)容和特點(diǎn)以及人工智能、知識工程理論、方法和技術(shù)進(jìn)行分析的基礎(chǔ)上。結(jié)合產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)的過程和特點(diǎn),將汽車整車設(shè)計(jì)分成總體參數(shù)設(shè)計(jì)、總布置設(shè)計(jì)、性能分析計(jì)算、設(shè)計(jì)綜合評價(jià)等相對獨(dú)立的四個(gè)部分,針對每一部分就其實(shí)現(xiàn)方法和關(guān)鍵技術(shù)作了概括性論述,從而構(gòu)成了汽車整車設(shè)計(jì)的知識工程方法體系。在對現(xiàn)有車型參數(shù)統(tǒng)計(jì)方法進(jìn)行分析的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了基于模糊綜合評判的車型參數(shù)統(tǒng)計(jì)分析方法,由此得到的統(tǒng)計(jì)結(jié)果與原統(tǒng)計(jì)方法相比統(tǒng)計(jì)結(jié)果將更具參考價(jià)值。在對汽車整車方案設(shè)計(jì)階段總體參數(shù)設(shè)計(jì)的特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行論述的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合現(xiàn)代優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)方法和基于實(shí)例的設(shè)計(jì)方法,通過度量設(shè)計(jì)方案與已有車型實(shí)例之間的相似關(guān)聯(lián)度,進(jìn)行了基于實(shí)例的汽車整車總體參數(shù)的遺傳優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)方法研究。
在對汽車總布置內(nèi)容和特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行分析的基礎(chǔ)上,通過建立總布置裝配樹形結(jié)構(gòu),建立總布置裝配設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)則,充分利用三維CAD軟件的參數(shù)化方法和相關(guān)性驅(qū)動(dòng)技術(shù),通過UG二次開發(fā)技術(shù),構(gòu)建了基于規(guī)則和三維CAD技術(shù)的汽車總布置裝配設(shè)計(jì)方法,實(shí)現(xiàn)了汽車總成在三維環(huán)境下的模塊化裝配和參數(shù)化、相關(guān)性修改。對于模型在汽車整車設(shè)計(jì)分析中的應(yīng)用進(jìn)行了初步研究。根據(jù)對鋼板彈簧在受力變形下基本幾何參數(shù)之間關(guān)系的分析,通過將彎曲方向相反的兩段圓弧組合在一起,結(jié)合UG二次開發(fā),建立了鋼板彈簧三維參數(shù)化幾何模型,解決了鋼板彈簧彎曲變形中的正反向彎曲問題。最后在分析產(chǎn)品信息集成技術(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上,構(gòu)造了基于知識工程的汽車整車設(shè)計(jì)的系統(tǒng)流程,形成汽車整車設(shè)計(jì)的知識工程方法體系。總布置設(shè)計(jì)所要解決的主要是空間位置和相互關(guān)系,統(tǒng)籌協(xié)調(diào)各部件的相互位置,其中有些部件在布置上要滿足方案設(shè)計(jì)中所制定的整車參數(shù)的要求,或者說整車參數(shù)要靠某些部件在布置上的情況來實(shí)現(xiàn)。通過總布置設(shè)計(jì)工作,設(shè)計(jì)者把初步形成的設(shè)計(jì)思想以一定的形式(總布置草圖、三維總裝配體等)具體表達(dá)出來,這是從思想轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)榫唧w實(shí)物的第一步。汽車設(shè)計(jì)是從整車到總成,再從總成到零部件的設(shè)計(jì)過程,即先有整體的概念,然后逐步進(jìn)行具體化。整體由局部組成,而在進(jìn)行局部設(shè)計(jì)時(shí),則要從其在整體中所處位置和所起作用出發(fā),考慮組成整體的各局部間的相互關(guān)系,明確邊界條件,才能避免各部分出現(xiàn)不協(xié)調(diào)現(xiàn)象。可見,總體布置對汽車的設(shè)計(jì)質(zhì)量、汽車的性能和產(chǎn)品的生命力起著相當(dāng)重要的作用。
由于零部件設(shè)計(jì)要在整車總布置基本完成后才開始,在總布置設(shè)計(jì)階段中往往
沒有零部件的詳細(xì)資料,還不能解決零部件和總成內(nèi)部的細(xì)節(jié)問題。所以在布置設(shè)
計(jì)圖上出現(xiàn)的是各總成的主要控制點(diǎn)、主要中心線,也包括重要的外廓線和由這些
輪廓線構(gòu)成的控制面以及運(yùn)動(dòng)極限位置等。這些控制點(diǎn)稱為硬點(diǎn)(Hard point),重
要的總成外廓表面稱為硬表面(Hard surface),一般也把這些控制元素統(tǒng)稱為硬點(diǎn)
(Hard point),包括整車及關(guān)鍵零部件的各種控制點(diǎn)、線、面等。在汽車的總布置
設(shè)計(jì)中,硬點(diǎn)位置是首先要確定下來的,通過征求有關(guān)設(shè)計(jì)部門的意見,在負(fù)責(zé)產(chǎn)
品設(shè)計(jì)的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)參加下,討論定案。硬點(diǎn)一旦確定,就不再輕易更動(dòng),成為進(jìn)一步設(shè)
計(jì)的依據(jù)。
設(shè)計(jì)硬點(diǎn)構(gòu)成了汽車總布置設(shè)計(jì)的骨架??梢哉J(rèn)為,汽車總布置設(shè)計(jì)的過程就
是設(shè)計(jì)硬點(diǎn)不斷明確、逐步確定的動(dòng)態(tài)過程。在早些時(shí)候,汽車總布置硬點(diǎn)的確定
大都是在圖紙上二維狀態(tài)下通過繪制線框圖來實(shí)現(xiàn)的。隨著CAD技術(shù)的發(fā)展,總
布置設(shè)計(jì)硬點(diǎn)的確定更傾向于在三維狀態(tài)下進(jìn)行,并可直接使用設(shè)計(jì)好的三維實(shí)體

在動(dòng)力傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)位置排定后,開始布置駕駛員位置。從油門踏板、制動(dòng)踏板和
離合器踏板的位置出發(fā),定出地板、坐墊高度及駕駛員的坐姿,以及座椅、轉(zhuǎn)向盤、
眼睛的位置。這些位置構(gòu)成一系列硬點(diǎn)。在布置駕駛員位置時(shí)采用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)人體尺寸的
駕駛員模板,使設(shè)計(jì)符合大多數(shù)的駕駛員身材,同時(shí)保留一定的調(diào)節(jié)限度,以適應(yīng)
較高或較矮的駕駛員。
在動(dòng)力系統(tǒng)及駕駛員座位安排好后,以轎車為例,就要制作汽車的外廓線及汽車前、中、后三個(gè)艙的劃分界限,發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)艙圍繞發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)及其附件布置:駕駛室或乘員艙按乘員座位及其與發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)艙及車輪極限位置的分界線,汽車的形體就大體確定
