ZKB2060直線振動(dòng)篩的設(shè)計(jì)【含CAD圖紙、說(shuō)明書(shū)】
摘 要我國(guó)的振動(dòng)篩在運(yùn)行和維修方面中存在著大量的問(wèn)題。這些問(wèn)題突出表現(xiàn)在篩箱斷梁、裂幫、稀油潤(rùn)滑的箱式振動(dòng)器漏油、齒輪打齒、軸承溫升過(guò)高、噪聲大等問(wèn)題,同時(shí)伴有傳動(dòng)帶跳帶、斷帶等故障。這類問(wèn)題直接影響了振動(dòng)篩的使用壽命,嚴(yán)重影響了生產(chǎn)。針對(duì)這些問(wèn)題特設(shè)計(jì)了ZKB2060型直線振動(dòng)篩,這類振動(dòng)篩可以很好的解決此類問(wèn)題,該系列振動(dòng)篩是工礦企業(yè)普遍應(yīng)用的篩分機(jī)械,用作物料的篩分、分級(jí)、洗滌、脫介、脫水之用。它根據(jù)自同步原理,采用雙電機(jī)直接驅(qū)動(dòng),代替了強(qiáng)制同步式的齒輪傳動(dòng)。它的振動(dòng)軌跡為直線,克服了以往振動(dòng)篩由于單電機(jī)拖動(dòng),齒輪強(qiáng)迫傳動(dòng)引起的齒輪潤(rùn)滑,封閉問(wèn)題,從而提高了整個(gè)振動(dòng)篩的使用壽命。論文設(shè)計(jì)部分論述了設(shè)計(jì)方案,包括振動(dòng)篩的分類與特點(diǎn),對(duì)物料的運(yùn)動(dòng)分析,運(yùn)用了Matlab的優(yōu)化工具箱中的fmincon函數(shù)對(duì)振動(dòng)篩的運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)、動(dòng)力學(xué)分析及參數(shù)的計(jì)算與選擇,并進(jìn)行了電機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)與校核;對(duì)主要零部件作了設(shè)計(jì)與計(jì)算,包括彈簧的設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算、軸的設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算、軸承的選擇與校核、螺栓的選擇與校核;為考察共振現(xiàn)象,對(duì)振動(dòng)篩作了基于Matlab/Simulink的動(dòng)態(tài)仿真,直觀的了解到共振的危害;為了考察梁設(shè)計(jì)的合理性,對(duì)梁作了基于Pro/e-Mechanica的靜載荷和模態(tài)分析,結(jié)果證實(shí)了設(shè)計(jì)的合理性,然后進(jìn)行了設(shè)備維修、安裝的設(shè)計(jì),最后進(jìn)行了振動(dòng)篩的的環(huán)保以及經(jīng)濟(jì)性分析。關(guān)鍵詞: 直線振動(dòng)篩; 塊偏心式; 彈簧;電動(dòng)機(jī)ABSTRACTThere are many problems in operation and maintenance of our nations Vibrating Screens. These issues highlighted in the screen box off beam, crack of side panels, lubrication oil of box vibrators, crack of gear teeth, high temperature in bearings, being noisy accompanied by belt broking etc. These problems directly affect the life of a vibrating screen and have a great effect on production. ZKB2060 vibrating screen is designed to address these issues, which is a good solution to such problems. It is mining machinery widely used in screening industrial which is used for material of screening, grading, washing, off medium. It is designed according to principles of self-synchronization with dual motor direct drive instead of the forced synchronous gear drive. Its vibration trajectory a straight line, which tackles problems of gear lubrication and sealing result from single motor drive and force of gear drive, thus improving the life of the vibrating screen. The design part of this article discusses the scheme of vibrating screen, including the classification and characteristics of vibrating screen, motion analysis of materials, utilizing Matlabs optimization toolbox function fmincon in the calculation, selection, analysis of vibrating screens kinematics, dynamics parameter. Whats more, the motors design and verification is also conducted. Meanwhile, the design and calculation of main components are carried out, including the design and verification of spring, shaft, bearing, bolts. In order to further understand the phenomenon of hazards resonance, we conduct dynamic simulation with Matlab / Simulink. For the sake of investigating whether the design of beam is reasonable, we handled the static and modal analysis with Pro/ e-Mechanica, whose results confirmed the reasonability of the design. Then it talks about the maintenance, design of installation of equipment. Finally environmental and economical analysis is carried out.Key words: linear vibrating screen; block eccentric; spring; motor
